The seller / buyer agrees to engage the services of Engagement of S.Bennett Negotiations Ltd as negotiator in relation to the sale or purchase of the sellers property on the terms set out herein. Explanation of terms. Fees And Expenses: Fees cover all charges including promotional and consultation costs other than any special expenditure, details of which will be confirmed in writing before you incur any liability in respect of the same. S. Bennett Negotiators Ltd commission shall be a fixed cost of £850.00 inc V.A.T. Terms of agents: The agency shall continue until terminated by either party on giving 28 days written notice.
